I Just Can’t Get Enough Of This Play

Posted in New York Giants at 11:22 am by theredhookraider

This play is unreal.  I could watch it over and over again:

The GMen face a VERY tough task next week in Seattle, site of last year’s debacle.  Stay tuned!!

You mean the same Seahwaks that have snuck by 2 crummy teams sans a rushing attack? If your Giants truly have deep playoff aspirations, they better not be 1-2 after Sunday.

    *sniff* god that’s so beautiful.

  3. Supposedly there’s a bunch of talk of Plax developing into Eli’s version of Marvin Harrison v. 2.0.: apparently Eli just looked at Plax and nodded in the huddle and then called a play with essentially a “read” pattern to Plaxico. So the two of them were on the [GASP] same page at the same time. Once Eli and Plax read the blitz, they knew there was no safety help over the top (the Eagles play a lot of cloud cover which is two safeties covering over the top on outside WRs) and that if Eli went inside with the heave, Plax could go up and get it (or, at least knock it down). Perhaps (and this is a great big *hopefully* here) all of that talk about Plaxico’s training in Miami in the offseason vs. New Jersey with Eli is/was all for naught. GO G-MEN!!!

  4. [...] Ok, so the frisky 9ers are home to the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend.  The Giants last weekend proved that the Eagles have trouble against the pass.  The 9ers (whoa, am I actually writing this?) seem to excel at throwing the ball. Alex Smith even looks like a decent QB (?).  Yet the 9ers are the underdogs…by 6.5 points!  Take the underdog!  Fuck it!  Let’s shoot some birds! [...]
